 cond with practical exercises. Think of consent as a muscle: First\, we un
 derstand how it works\, every fiber that composes it. Then the more we tra
 in it\, the stronger and easier it becomes to mobilize! In practice:The wo
 rkshop is open to everyoneParticipants can arrive between 7.30 PM and 8 PM
 . After 8.15 PM\, no more entries will be allowed. The workshop ends aroun
 d 10.30 PM.No exercise is mandatory. You are free to refuse any practice a
 t any time. Your boundaries are a priority.You are free to leave the works
 hop at any time. A quiet space will be available for you to isolate yourse
 lf if needed.Beautiful Things is a 100% sober space. No drugs or alcohol a
