 t\, we understand how it works\, every fiber that composes it. Then the mo
 re we train it\, the stronger and easier it becomes to mobilize! In practi
 ce:The workshop is open to everyone regardless of your gender\, orientatio
 n\, ethnicity\, social class\, physical ability\, mental ability\, age (le
 gal age required)\,...Participants can arrive between 7 PM and 8 PM. After
  8 PM\, no more entries will be allowed. The workshop ends around 11 PM.No
  exercise is mandatory. You are free to refuse any practice at any time. Y
 our boundaries are a priority.You are free to leave the workshop at any ti
 me. A quiet space will be available for you to isolate yourself if needed.
