 t for everyone. You will also be encouraged to continuously readjust so th
 at this moment is always suited to your needs. In practice: The workshop i
 s open to everyoneThe workshop starts with an exercise to remind the rules
  and warm up to consent and self-listening.Nudity\, partial or full\, is p
 ossible but not mandatory.No sexual acts are allowed\; this is a sensual w
 orkshop. No penetration or oral sexual acts. Physical contact between part
 icipants is possible within the limits of each person's consent.You can co
 me in groups. If you come alone\, you will form groups with the people pre
 sent within the limits of each person's consent. No pairing will be forced
  or mandatory. Signing up does not guarantee that you will be in a group w
 ith someone if no one chooses to interact with you.You can bring your own
