  win a competition but to take the time to listen to one's body\, emotions

 ring different dynamics (primal\, instinctive\, childlike\, top\, bottom\,
  sensual\, etc.)\, it is an invitation to let one's primal energy explode\
 , without getting hurt\, in full awareness of oneself and the other. Playf
 ul and introspective\, it is a space for expressing consent and setting bo
 undaries\, even in non-verbal ways. In practice:The workshop is open to ev
 eryone.The workshop starts with an exercise to review the rules and warm u
 p to consent.No nudity is planned but partial or full nudity is possible. 
 Please wear comfortable sports attire. No sexual acts are allowed. Physica
 l contact between participants is expected within the limits of each perso
 n's consent.Participants can arrive between 7.30 PM and 8 PM. After 8.15 P
 M\, no more entries will be allowed. The workshop ends around 10:30 PM.No 
 exercise is mandatory. You are free to refuse any practice at any time. Yo
